Share memes, discuss neutral topics, or engage in parallel activities where you’re together but not intensely focused on each other.

i feel you! it’s wild how many of us share such similar experiences with soul shock. when it first hit me, i thought i was going completely off the deep end - like who gets THIS messed up over someone?

Yeaaaah he can’t even do that. I think I short-circuit his brain or something. It’s all good though…more time for self-care
