He says he doesn’t feel what I feel, but this doesn’t match what he said before, and I think he’s just going through soul shock or running in fear of the energy.
It’s driving me crazy how he constantly occupies my thoughts despite minimal contact. I’ve never experienced anything like this magnetism - beyond a typical crush or infatuation. Part of me wonders if my recent confession about my feelings might spark something in him, even though he’s been closed off. Has anyone else managed to awaken their seemingly oblivious twin flame through their actions or energy?
If I study the energy more, does he notice it? If I understand the journey more, does he?

Chart Your Path to Union
The path to union can feel lonely, confusing and downright painful.
A snapshot of the stars at the moment of your combined birth times can help us path your journey together: Get Your Twin Flame Birth Chart
Sort of yes and sort of no…
You cannot “force” them to awaken but the act of you focusing on your own path is the best thing you can do to help them do the same.
I’ve been on both sides of this, and I can tell you that pushing or trying to “awaken” someone who isn’t ready will only drive them further away. The best thing you can do is focus on your own healing and growth - that’s what’s most likely to draw them closer when the time is right.
“The most powerful energy is the energy of love - it can move mountains and awaken souls.”
While we can’t force our TF awakening, continuing to radiate love and work on our own growth often has a ripple effect… even if it’s not always visible immediately.
I get how intense and all-consuming those twin flame feelings can be. They’re constantly on your mind, even with minimal contact.
I’ve learned the hard way that trying to force an awakening… or connection usually backfires. The best thing is to focus that energy inward on your own growth and healing - that’s often what creates the shift you’re hoping for.
I've been there, thinking I could manifest our destiny, but it only pushed him further away.
Instead of chasing, try embracing the journey within yourself. I know it’s tough, but sometimes, the most magical growth happens when we least expect it. Remember, they have their own work to do as well – you can’t do that for them.
Sending you strength and love!
Your twin flame journey is deeply personal, and it’s important to honor your counterpart’s authentic self, even if it doesn’t align with your expectations right at this moment. I’ve learned through my own experiences that trying to force someone to fit our idealized version of them only leads to frustration and (usually) pain.
As others have said, focusing on yourself is the way to help them.
I’ve found tarot readings insightful during this process. The Tower card often appears, reminding me that sometimes we need to let old beliefs crumble to make way for new understanding. Astrologically, I’ve noticed intense aspects between our charts, particularly with Pluto, signifying profound transformation.
Remember, your twin’s journey is their own. Their armor, their wounds, their growth - it’s not for us to “fix.” I’ve had to learn to let go of my need to control outcomes and trust in divine timing. It’s challenging, but I’ve found peace in accepting my twin exactly as they are while still honoring my own truth and feelings.
This connection is a mirror, reflecting our deepest selves. Embrace the lessons it brings, but don’t lose yourself. Your spiritual growth is the true purpose of this journey.
When we are together and have contact, I feel like we are stronger. But separation makes it weaker?
Maybe we should be trying to keep some form of communication open while we do the work?
Every time my DM energy explores this connection further, I feel like I’m uncovering new aspects of myself.
So in their way they’re helping our journey too.
