Crying Often During Twin Flame Separation?

We can all admit it. Separation is hard sometimes. It sucks.

I’m crying between 3-6x a day the past few weeks. Sometimes it’s because of something that reminds me of my twin and other times I’ll sob at a picture of an elderly cat or something similar that is not that serious.

Allegedly there’s a lot of purging happening. For me, it feels like that portion of the rollercoaster where you’re sitting in your seat staring into the sky, waiting for the drop, not seeing any evidence of the ground below you, but trusting that it’s still there.

It’s been hard for me lately.

I hope you all are hanging in there.

Sometimes, tears flow freely and sometimes unexpectedly (has anyone else just cried out of nowhere?). This shared experience might hold significance for our collective journey.

The Purge: Necessary but Challenging

This emotional purge, while intense, is believed to be an important part of our twin flame journey. It’s as if the universe is helping us clear out old emotional baggage to make room for new growth and connections.

These tears are not a sign of weakness, but of transformation and healing.

Not Just Our Tears

This can be a symbol of the telepathic bond and the tears are actually coming from the emotional anguish of your twin. Not you. Sometimes we can cry without feeling bad or having any explanation at all.

The Emotional Floodgates

The universe seems to have opened the floodgates of our hearts. Whether it’s a sudden burst of tears while scrolling through social media or a deep, soul-shaking sob triggered by a memory of your twin, these emotional releases are becoming increasingly common.

Daily Life

Balancing these intense emotions with our everyday responsibilities can be… hard. Nobody understands a flow of emotional energy from someone else who isn’t there, so how do you explain crying out of nowhere?

Some of us are finding it difficult to explain our tears to those around us, especially when they seem to be triggered by seemingly trivial things.

Coping Strategies

  • Practice self-compassion: Allow yourself to feel without judgment

  • Reach out to fellow twin flames who understand this unique experience

  • Engage in grounding activities to help stabilize your emotions

The Silver Lining

While this period of intense emotion can be overwhelming, many in our community report feeling a sense of relief and clarity after these crying sessions. It’s as if each tear is washing away layers of old pain and bringing us closer to our authentic selves.

Let’s hold space for each other’s experiences and trust in the process of our twin flame journey.
