Has anyone else felt a strange, rhythmic sensation in their chest that doesn’t match their own heartbeat? 
I swear I can sometimes feel my twin flame’s heart pulsing, especially when I’m deeply relaxed or meditating, and it’s both comforting and a little freaky at the same time.

Its not just their heartbeat you can feel. As the connection between the two of you grows, you can also feel the heartbeat of others that are connected to you as well. 
I recall feeling that same strange, rhythmic sensation that DivineUnion77 mentioned in my groin area. Now that was freaky…

I can only imagine what your twin was doing at that point 
Well, I suspect they were going about their regular day to day activities. Nothing out of the ordinary.
However, based on the faint sensations of nausia that I experienced at the same time, I believe what I felt, was the energy of an early stage embryo.
As I said before…it was freaky.
So don’t be scared of feeling your twin’s heartbeat. Its a beautiful experience that very few can even begin to understand. Nurture it and cherish it. 
I’ve totally felt that weird double-heartbeat thing too, especially when I’m super relaxed at night – it’s like I can feel my twin’s energy pulsing right alongside mine!!! 
For me, it feels like a gentle, steady pulse that’s slightly out of sync with my own heartbeat. I find it happens most often when I’m feeling particularly connected to my twin or during periods of significant moments.
I feel my heart beat harder but I don’t think I feel another heartbeat.
I feel like I feel it when their heatbeat increases.
Oh yes… I’ve felt that too… It’s like a gentle rhythm… separate from my own heartbeat… Sometimes when I’m drifting off to sleep, I swear I can feel my twin’s energy pulsing through me… warm and comforting… It’s such a strange but beautiful sensation… like we’re connected across time and space…
