I’ve only been into meditation for about a year now, but I do feel I’ve had success at healing/unblocking chakras.
There’s a 20 minute Chakra meditation I started with, and I still use it, as I’m often short on time. I like this one because her voice and words she uses resonate with me.
There are more in depth guided meditations you can use on YT as well, just search around and find one that resonates with you most. When I time, I do the Greater Meditaton videos that are chakra specific, giving 10 minutes to each.
I find doing the smaller meditatons twice a day, or at least once, helps keep me feeling balanced and strong everyday.
Oh, and also, my 2 cents on the Chakra’s relating to the TF journey… it is said Twins share one chakra system. It is why we often feel those physical symptoms, like heart pulls, throat burning, sacral pain, etc. Also, clearing chakras blocks goes hand in hand with inner healing work, as well as maintaining a high frequency.
So it’s not required of course, but boy oh boy, does it help give a leg up in this crazy journey.
@anon99473393 yes!! I totally agree. Since I’ve been doing the chakra yoga and meditation, I’ve noticed it helps me so much!! I feel so much more balanced, at peace and more connected to my twin. I also feel like I’ve made so many breakthroughs in my growth since I started the yoga, meditation and chakra healing. Old negative patterns that I used to do are starting to disappear. I also tried the meditation video that you sent last night and I liked it. Thank you!
Amazing! I’ve noticed the same thing - it’s like the chakra work creates this ripple effect where things that used to trigger me just don’t have the same grip anymore. Mad how much emotional baggage I was storing in specific chakras. Like, I had all this fear locked up in my solar plexus that was sabotaging my confidence.
