It’s all new and I feel overwhelmed, doubtful, confused

I am relatively new to everything spiritual and if I am not mistaken I must have met my Twin Flame because I definitely had an awakening about 1 month ago. It was like a sudden shift on how I perceived myself, existence, love. I’ve been pushed to learn and grow and place where this was coming from, I have a lot of questions.

  1. This journey is really about me, right? I’m not supposed to think or wonder if I will be with my Twin Flame in this 3D world?
  2. What if I only my Twin Flame for a very short amount of time?
  3. How is the Source the ultimate love? Is it about my own self love and achieving another level of consciousness ?
  4. Is it normal to have this burning desire to love, connect, share with my Twin Flame? He is not speaking to me, but I just crave him so much because it was REAL connection
    I doubt all of this a lot and generally question my sanity and mental health, wondering if I just somehow made this up- is that normal?

Take a breath and a moment for yourself. I think everyone here has been through the same emotions. Take care of yourself first and foremost. Read through other threads and stories, and it will give you a better understanding of what is happening and why. Your journey is uniquely yours (and your twins) but there will be patterns with others.

Honestly I’m exhausted. Energy has shifted. I was feeling some higher vibrations and now a bit lower again.

I genuinely don’t want to doubt, but I feel pretty alone in this.

Full disclosure, I’ve been a classic over thinker. How do I become zen like all of you? And yes I have been meditating.

As others have said, doubt is normal. They’re part of aligning your energy and expanding your consciousness. If you’re not sure where to start, balance your root chakra and ground yourself until you feel more stable.

I felt like that for too long when I first went through it. Like a language I didn’t understand, I didn’t know what to even begin with.

My advice is read as much as you can and focus on you. Not them or your expectations.
