Lately, my twin flame’s energy feels distant, and they’ve suddenly stopped responding to my messages. I’m worried I might have overwhelmed them with my intensity - could they have blocked me to create some space, or am I misreading the situation?

You might be getting too lost in the weeds in the short term. Missing the forest for the trees. The fact you have communication in the 3D usually means you’re far enough along to have that.
Sometimes they need space to process their own emotions and growth, which can feel like a sudden disconnect. It’s possible they’re going through an intense period and need to focus inward.

Maybe sometimes we forget that the runner has it hard too. They deal with energy they’re not ready for so maybe sometimes they just need a moment.

We could sum up a lot of the TF experience right here.
Try sending them love and light without expecting a response - when I did this, my twin naturally came back around when the time was right.
TBH, when my TF ghosted me like that, it was just their fear of intimacy kicking in - give 'em space and they’ll come around when they’re ready, IMHO.

Thais is what separation takes sometimes. In some ways no contact is easier.
Have you considered that this distance might actually be beneficial, allowing you both to grow individually? Sometimes, stepping back can help us gain perspective and strengthen our connection in the long run.

This applies because separation almost always involves periods of separation and reconnection. This serves a purpose. It’s going exactly how it is supposed to.

The urge to chase when your twin withdraws comes from fear, not love. This separation phase is calling you to develop trust in divine timing while strengthening your self-love and inner balance.
Without doing this work, nothing will change on your journey. Separation will be endless.
What you perceive as rejection is actually an invitation to deepen your own spiritual awareness. Rather than worrying about overwhelming them, recognize this space as sacred ground for both of you to process and integrate the intense energies of your connection.
It doesn’t mean they’ve stopped caring, just that they’re taking a breather to recharge their batteries.

Man I feel that right now with my twin.
Like we’re in this weird in-between space and I don’t know if I should reach out or give them space maybe they need time to process things on their own end without my energy overwhelming them.
