Hey everyone I just wanted to share my wild ride with my twin flame.
It’s been a long road, but we’re finally talking again after 4.5 years. Things have been going very, very, very well over the last couple of days and Carla’s reading today that just came out almost made me spit out my coffee.
I met him through Pokémon Go, of all things, and felt this crazy pull right away. I’m not really even into games or anything myself I just kind of felt this pull to play for no real reason. Things were amazing at first, like straight out of a movie. Then it got weird - anxiety, anger, avoidance. I was so lost. Pulled back and tried to figure it out. made mistakes, and learned a ton. I’m so thankful for everyone who offered help and I wouldn’t have made it this far without you.
Out of nowhere, he contacted me again and we’re communicating constantly. He’s helping me understand what happened, and while it’s not perfect, I feel like we’re growing, and I’m excited to see what happens next.
If you’re struggling, hang in there. Your journey might be messy but it’s yours.
I don’t know where we’re going but I’m sure we’ll find our way.
Thank you for sharing your story! I believe the more we do this, the more we can learn from and help each other.
The reconnection period after a long separation can be thrilling and delicate. It’s great that you focus on growth and understanding rather than rushing back into things.
That 4.5-year gap allowed you both to process and develop independently, often leading to more balanced interactions when contact resumes.
The “pull” you mentioned to play Pokémon Go illustrates how our soul often guides us unexpectedly - we feel drawn to certain places or activities without knowing why. Your initial connection, followed by anxiety and withdrawal, is a common pattern that emerges when the energy between twin flames becomes imbalanced.
As you continue communicating, remember to stay centered on your own energy rather than getting swept up in the excitement of reconnection. This helps maintain the balance you’ve worked to achieve.
It’s crazy how they never truly leave your mind, even when you’re not in contact. For me, it evolved into this deep, unconditional love over time. I never pushed or begged for communication - I just let it be.
Interestingly, I came to see my twin flame as a teacher in my life. There’s this Wayne Dyer video that talks about how your soulmate might be the person you can’t stand - it’s a unique perspective worth checking out.
